Medical Surgical Float Pool RN – Gainesville, FL

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Medical Surgical RN to fill an opening in Gainesville, FL.

Daily Responsibilities for Medical Surgical RN:

• Gather relevant health data and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to advocate for the patient.
• Analyze the data to determine diagnoses, identify expected outcomes, and create personalized care plans.
• Ensure patient safety, efficient care, and provide education and support to patients and families about medications, procedures, and treatments.
  
  
  

Required Qualifications for Medical Surgical RN:

• Florida RN license
• Minimum 1 year of Med/Surg experience
• BLS

Pay Details: $29.73 – $43.20/hour + Shift Differentials

• Up to $25,000 Sign-On Bonus for Nights
• Up to $15,000 Sign-On Bonus for Days
  
  
  

Shifts: Days or Nights, 7:00am – 7:00pm or 7:00pm – 7:00am
